Change

As the situations are maintained by equilibrium between forces that drive change and resist change, for change to happen driving forces must be stronger than resisting forces. Changing an overall organizational culture in a short time of period is a big challenge for any company. As it impact company with positive effects as well as negative effects. Managing all the negative effects is the main challenge that company faces on achieving goals as managing negative effects might cause for additional costs, time consuming and work load.

Success of any changing process is mainly depend on the team who is about to control all the changing processes. Apart from that, the attitudes and the commitment of the employees will also impact for making the changing process success. To be a success in each and every process, companies must have a clear identified vision and goals and also that information must be communicated for all the employees. It enables all the employees to be updated on where the company is heading and employees will do their day to day processes aligning to the communicated goals. Having objectives and milestones that aligning for the vision and goals is another fact that drives the changing process to be a success as step by step it directs company to achieve vision.

A systematized communication system is another need to be a success. Day to day information must be communicated for the top level as they are the people who are getting all the company wise decisions. If they are not updated with latest information, it will direct for wrong decisions. There must be an open two way communication system. Basically the culture inside an organization directly effect on an effective communication. If it is a fear culture employees might be fear to talk on real situations, culture must enable employees to give their opinions as well.
